These terms cover the paid subscription to the Telegram assistant available
at https://esam-bot.duckdns.org («the bot»), operated by a private
individual.
A subscription unlocks the assistant in full: dictating appointments by voice or text, your own Google Calendar connected to it, clients and orders, payment records and balances, reminders, the morning brief, reports and export. New features added during your subscription are included at no extra cost.
Every new account works in full for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends, the bot keeps your data and asks you to subscribe; nothing is deleted for not paying.
The price and billing period are shown on the payment page before you confirm, and in the bot under settings → subscription. Payment is taken by Stripe; the bot never sees or stores your card number. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Open the bot, go to settings → subscription → manage. That opens your Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel in one click, change the card or download invoices. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If the bot did not work as described, write to the operator of this bot, through the bot itself within 14 days of a charge and the payment for that period is refunded in full. Refunds are made to the same card, through Stripe.
If a charge fails, Stripe retries it over the next few days and the bot keeps working during that time. If it still fails, access pauses — your data stays and comes back as soon as the payment goes through.
If the bot is ever shut down, subscriptions are cancelled and the unused part of the current period is refunded. You can export your data from the bot at any time.
